At Boulies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your seating experience. If your chair isn't the perfect fit, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via the official portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the chair and pack all components back into their original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized courier location or schedule a collection as instructed by our team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for original condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
